Ensured product quality is a wish. Quantify defect reduction, like customer PPM down 70 percent in 18 months across three product lines. PPM movement is the field's headline stat.
Tell one root-cause story with the tool named, like 8D on a field failure that traced to a supplier heat-treat change, ending a 6-month complaint streak.
State audit and system experience plainly: ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 audits hosted, findings closed, PPAP and FMEA ownership. Certifications survive fact-checking; adjectives do not.
