  • Link case studies that show decisions, not just screens: the research, the tradeoffs, the tested result. Dribbble shots are not case studies.
  • Quantify outcomes where you can, like task completion up from 60 to 85 percent after your redesign. Usability claims want usability numbers.
  • Name research methods you personally ran: moderated tests, card sorts, diary studies, analytics reviews. Research-capable designers clear a higher screening bar.
