An instant rejection almost always means a knockout question did its job: work authorization, a required license, shift availability, location. Nobody read your resume that fast, and no machine judged your formatting. Your application hit a hard requirement and the system answered immediately.
This is the one place where automatic rejection is real, so it deserves your suspicion first. Go back to the application and reread the screening questions, because a misclick on a yes-or-no about authorization or availability produces exactly this experience.
If your answers were accurate and the requirement is real, the fast no is a gift of information: that role was closed to you before you applied. Better to spend the evening on a posting whose requirements you meet than on an autopsy of a resume nobody read.
