Controller resumes are read for scale and cleanliness: revenue size, team size, close speed, and audit results. A controller who cannot quantify their own function has a resume problem with some irony in it. The reviewer also checks the trajectory, like whether you built anything, such as a faster close, a new ERP, a first audit, or maintained what you inherited.
