Resume Roast for Actuaries

Actuarial resumes have a built-in sorting mechanism: exams passed, and everyone in the field reads them that way first. ASA, FSA, or exam count goes at the top, no exceptions. After that, the reviewer looks for which work you did, like pricing, reserving, valuation, modeling, and whether your models fed filings or decisions.
