No, and it backfires. Parsers read the text layer of your file, not the colors, so your hidden keyword block gets extracted right along with everything else. The recruiter then opens a record with a paragraph of pasted job-description soup in it, with your name at the top.
The trick assumes a machine is the final reader. It is not. The job of the software is to parse your resume and make it searchable for humans, so everything you hide from human eyes is still delivered to human eyes, just stripped of its camouflage.
If you want the legitimate version of this move, it exists: use the actual vocabulary of the posting in your visible bullets, because recruiters search the database by keyword. Same effect on findability, no radioactive crater when a person opens the file.
