Medical coder resumes live or die on three lines: certification, specialty, and accuracy rate. CPC or CCS, inpatient or outpatient, and the audit score that proves you code clean. Everything else is context. A coder who says detail-oriented without an accuracy number is asking the reviewer to take detail on faith, which is a strange request from a coder.
