What Gabe checks first on a Registered Nurse resume

Lead with license, degree, and certifications like ACLS or PALS in the top third. Recruiters filter on credentials before they read a single bullet.
Name your unit and typical ratio, like med-surg at 1:6 or ICU at 1:2. Unit type is the first thing a nurse manager checks.
List the EHR you charted in, Epic or Cerner by name. Hospitals screen for their system, and it costs you nothing to say it.
