Pharmacist resumes get checked in a fixed order: license and state, practice setting, volume, and clinical services. Retail, hospital, and specialty pharmacy are different jobs wearing one title, so the reviewer looks for which one you actually did. Scripts per day, verification volume, MTM services, immunizations: the numbers say more than the license, and the license is mandatory.

What Gabe checks first on a Pharmacist resume

State license, states, and board certifications like BCPS up top. Then name your setting plainly: retail, inpatient, specialty, or long-term care.
Quantify volume, like verified 250 orders daily or filled 400 scripts a day with two technicians. Pace is what hiring managers are staffing for.
List clinical services you delivered: immunizations, MTM reviews, anticoagulation monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship. Dispensing alone undersells what the job has become.
